Thank you for visiting Jacob's official website. Jacob Morrell is a teen actor based in the New York area who loves performing. An actor, singer, model and dancer, Jacob got his start on the local stage appearing in regional productions of Seussical, Dear Edwina and The Most Epic Birthday Party Ever. He was seen in 2023 in The Last Boy - A New Play With Music, a Broadway benefit at The Town Hall on Broadway. Jacob received Best Teen Actor at the Young Entertainment Awards for this role.

Jacob appeared in the First National Tour of Kinky Boots the Musical, in the role of Young Charlie. He also performed as Douglas in the first New York revival of Shadowlands, William Nicholson's award-winning play at The Acorn Theatre in New York City in late 2024. Jacob also starred as Christine in the NAMT Festivals XY: A New Musical at the New World Stages. He has recently just worked with Eddie Korbich, Carla Jimenez, Karen Mason, Gabriella Pizzolo, on a reading for the new musical 20 Seconds, directed by Tony nominee Josh Rhodes with music by Kim Sharnberg and Tom Sweitzer. 

Jacob can be seen as Kevin in the Amazon Prime Series, Red Oaks. Other television credits include: Celebrity Ghost Story and My Little Tenor. He has appeared in The Americans (FX), on Hack My Life (TRU TV) and on The Harry Connick Jr. Show. He also appeared on Saturday Night Live on NBC in an Adam Sandler skit “Sandler Family Reunion” That was a really special experience as he got the opportunity to perform live with Adam Sandler and other famous SNL performers at 30 Rock!

Jacob’s filmography is growing and includes appearances in Black Wake, Sweet Darling, Fatal Crossroads, and more. He also appeared in Amazon Prime's film, Winds Of Silence. Jacob can be seen in Sony Classic Pictures Between The Temples playing the younger version of Jason Schwartzman. The film can be streamed on Netflix, Prime, or Apple TV. The film was an official selection at Sundance Film Festival and shown at TIFF, Tribeca, and Berlinale film festivals.
Jacob is at home in the recording studio too, having voiced singing roles for several audiobooks, as well as for Nickelodeon and Discovery Kids. He also performs in NYC at cabarets for causes that are close to his heart. Thanks for visiting!
